The Animated Series

BizarreBeasts Episode 1 (2026) is an eleven minute, fifty-two second animated episode made as a two-person studio: every drawing by Dylan, all audio by Kate Yarter. The software that rigs and animates the figures is written by the artist and is a medium within the practice, alongside the ink and the canvas, so the handmade energy of the original sketchbook mark survives into movement and voice.
